ABOUT ABBIE
Abbie Elana is an actor, singer, dancer, and performer based in Chicago. She has been performing since she was three years old. She recently graduated from Temple University with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. She attended The University of the Arts until it's sudden closure in 2024.
When she is not belting face, she is often found reading in a cafe or in the Lego store. There is nothing she loves more in the world than her two cats: Sheba and Poonch.

These Days tells the story of one person’s struggle to find the meaning in life, challenged with competing interests of a dream symphony job in Boston and a far less exciting and more routine agriculture co-op job in a small Montana community.
Time, relationships, perspectives, all that could be, all that has been, and so very much more collide in this journey of exploration and self-discovery. By the end of this two-act musical the answer to the question “what makes a good life” is answered, and the audience members are left with an uplifting message of hope and optimism.
It is, most certainly, a truth. Life is not a contest. And our lives are not always meant to be explained or even understood. No … our lives are simply meant to be lived.
